MaxIQ is a product of Krylix (Pty) Ltd. MaxIQ is a digital service delivered online through our website (maxiq.study) and mobile app. There is no physical shipping. This page explains when you receive access after signing up or paying.
1. Free waitlist
- Confirmation: Immediately after you submit the free waitlist form, your spot is recorded in our system.
- Email: If email delivery is configured, you may receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Check spam if you do not see it.
- App access: Free-tier access is granted when MaxIQ launches publicly. We will notify waitlist members by email with download and login instructions.
2. Paid waitlist (prepayment before launch)
- Payment confirmation: Immediately after a successful Paystack payment, your waitlist entry is marked as paid and your plan is locked in.
- Receipt: Paystack provides a payment receipt. We may also send a confirmation email when email is enabled.
- Service delivery: Paid plan features are delivered when MaxIQ launches and your account is activated — typically within 24 hours of launch for all prepaid waitlist members, and sooner for early rollout batches. We will email you when your account is ready.

3. After public launch (live subscriptions)
- Account activation: Within minutes of successful payment and account setup, paid features are enabled on your profile.
- Digital content: CAPS-aligned study content, AI tools, and app features are available inside the app as soon as your plan is active — no physical delivery.
- Renewals: Subscription renewals extend access automatically at the end of each billing period when payment succeeds.
4. Support response times
For access issues, billing questions, or delivery problems, contact support@maxiq.study or use our contact form. We aim to respond within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, South African business hours).
5. Launch delays
If public launch is delayed beyond our published target date, prepaid waitlist members keep their locked-in pricing and plan. We will communicate updated timelines by email and on maxiq.study. No refunds are offered for launch delays; see our Refund Policy.
