MaxIQ is a product of Krylix (Pty) Ltd. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for payments made to Krylix (Pty) Ltd for MaxIQ ("the Service"), including waitlist prepayments and subscription fees processed through Paystack.
1. All sales are final
MaxIQ does not offer refunds. All payments — including waitlist prepayments, plan upgrades, and subscription charges — are non-refundable once successfully processed.
MaxIQ is a digital service. When you pay, you are purchasing access to software features, content, and platform services as described on our website and at checkout. Because delivery is digital and access can begin immediately (or is reserved for launch, in the case of prepayments), we do not provide refunds for change of mind, unused time, or partial use.
2. Waitlist prepayments
If you prepay on the waitlist before public launch, your payment secures your selected plan and launch pricing. Prepayments are non-refundable. Please review your plan and details carefully before completing payment.

3. Subscriptions & cancellations
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@maxiq.study. Cancellation stops future billing. You keep access until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are given for unused days in a billing cycle.
4. Failed, duplicate, or unauthorised payments
If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate transaction or a technical failure), contact us within 7 days at support@maxiq.study with your name, email, and Paystack payment reference. We will investigate and, where appropriate, reverse duplicate or erroneous charges through Paystack.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable South African law that cannot be excluded by agreement. If the Service is not supplied as agreed and the law requires a remedy, we will comply with that legal obligation.
